The delivery is available in Austria & Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.

Shipping is excluded to the following islands: Faroe Islands (100–999), Greenland (39xx), Area of Büsingen (78266 & CH-8238), French Polynesia (987xx), New Caledonia (988xx), Livigno (23030), Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Ceuta (51xxx), Melilla (52xxx), northern part of Cyprus, Guadeloupe (971xx), Martinique (972xx), Mayotte (976xx), Réunion (974xx), French Guiana (973xx), Åland Islands (22xxx), Mount Athos, Campione d’Italia (22060), part of Lake Lugano between Ponte Tresa and Porto Ceresio, Canary Islands (35xxx,38xxx): El Hierro, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, La Gomera, La Palma, Lanzarote, Tenerife.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within the country (Austria and Germany) will be made within 1 – 5 days, and for international deliveries within 3-14 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, from the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
