Key Account Manager (m/f/d) – Sales
Location: Lang
Working hours: 30–38.5 hours/week
Start date: immediately
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for managing and strategically developing our most important customer relationships. You act as the central interface between the customer and the company, identify market and growth potential, and develop tailored solutions to ensure sustainable revenue growth and long-term partnerships. With your strong sales mindset, negotiation skills, and entrepreneurial thinking, you make a decisive contribution to the company’s success.
Your Responsibilities
- Management and strategic development of key accounts
- Building long-term, partnership-based customer relationships
- Identification of sales and growth potential
- Preparation of offers and contract negotiations with decision-makers
- Market and competitive analyses to develop effective sales strategies
- Responsibility for revenue, forecasts, pricing calculations, and target achievement for your accounts
- Development of sales-promoting concepts and implementation of marketing activities
- Customer visits

- Completed commercial education
- Strong customer orientation
- Analytical thinking and entrepreneurial approach
- Business-fluent German and English skills
- High level of commitment and strong team spirit
- Willingness to travel

- The minimum gross monthly salary according to the collective agreement is EUR 2,251.00 (based on full-time employment). The actual salary depends on qualifications and professional experience
