Refund and Returns Policy
Unused goods only will be accepted for return. It does not count as usage if the goods are only inspected as in the store. It is important not to remove labels or soil the item. Please return the item in the original packaging you received from us.
Please note that free products as part of our promotions and offers are only available in connection with the specified purchase value. If you decide to return items and thereby fall below the required minimum value for which you received the free product, we also request the return of the free item. Thank you for your understanding.
The refund will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal declaration. You will be refunded the corresponding amount to your original payment method.
If not all ordered items are included in your delivery, please first check whether the order is not being delivered in multiple shipments. You can check the enclosed delivery note/invoice for this. It contains all items in this delivery. Items not specified will be delivered to you in a separate shipment. Please refer to the shipping confirmation for tracking information.
